Annabelle I haven't frozen this but I think it would freeze ok. It could be worth making one to test it out and freeze a small amount. I'd love to hear how it goes.

This is a super quick and easy recipe...but so decadent and impressive. I’ve used lots of raspberries on top and it really is good with the dark chocolate richness.

Thank you Tania. I've just bought some raspberries especially to make this tomorrow for Christmas. It will be a lovely change from strawberries.

I was wondering if you have any suggestions as a substitute for the nut layer? I have a chold with a nut allergy.
      Thanks.

Hi Cath, I think I would just leave the nut layer out. Enjoy!

Thanks for the recipe. It was super easy and quick to make. It's very very rich, a tiny piece is plenty. I used a mixture of raspberries and strawberries for the top. I'll definitely make it again.
